Panels are produced by 2 mm sheet metal and electrostatic powder paint with bottom entrance and front and back access, in accordance with TSE (Turkish Stan- dards Institute) , VDE, IEC, DIN norms. They have disassembly feature. That is, they could be disassembled or supplemented easily. Panels are generally produced in sizes 210x80x50, 210x80x60, 210x60x50, 210x100x50, 210x100x60. Apart from that, we also have special design panel production for different spaces upon request. Electric transmission on panels is provided with electrolysis coppers in suitable cross section, according to the power of work performed.

Some protection and insulation measures are also ensured inside panel in such a way that one cannot be able to directly contact with places of energy (etc copper cable etc). In whole the panels, there are digital thermometers indicating tempera- ture inside panel, and also fans providing its ventilation. They’re also designed to have some measurement tools (current, voltage, power, cos) where the necessary measurements are to be made.

When panels are produced, first some projects including necessary design, calcu- lation and assembly measurements at our engineering and project department, are prepared. Then, it’s produced in compliance with projects and all the outputs and equipment on panels (i.e. contactor, thermal–magnetic switch, fuse, button etc) are labelled in accordance with electrical projects.

Working Principles

Panels provide command, control and compensation of multinumbered electric motors. Generally, these panels act as the command centre of the electrical motors in the factory. Owing to these panels, an errorless and fast working atmosphere is achieved. Command and control of electric motor reliably provides the users with efficient and effective production, and also allows timely intervention in case of errors, thus preventing potential accidents and loss of life/goods and therefore decreasing overall costs.
